From said Point of Beginning, continue North 89 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds East 90.0 feet, thence North 00 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds West 188.18 feet, thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds West 90.0 feet, thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds East 188.18 feet to the Point of Beginning.
